Hard-Points Tech

Used as a method of shock cord attachment, in particular with minimum diameter airframe of 38mm and 54mm.  It is constructed of extruded aluminum for complete heat resistance and provides built in passage-ways for ejection gasses if utilized with motor based charges.  By using 1/2" or 3/4" plywood, it is possible to make a specialized bulkhead that will hold the Hard Point for airframe diameters larger than 54mm.   Whenever you try to attach this unit, it is highly adviseable to utilize JBWeld.  It is quite good at bonding dissimilar materials together.  Also, if for whatever reason you cannot attach the HardPoint this way, you can mount it using self-tapping screws through the exterior wall of the airframe
